Odin Petroleum Corp., is a company incorporated under the law of New York, focused to the marketing of energy products of Odin Grupo de Energía S.A., a Colombian Corporate Group of high international growth in the energy sector, to which belong the companies Odin Energy Santa Marta Corporation S.A., Odin Petroil S.A., and our subsidiary C.I. Odin Petroleum S.A.S.

Odin Petroleum Corp., was incorporated in 2006 as part of an energy project that currently is still developed by our headquarter, Odin Energy Corporation a public company registered under the law of Panama, supervised by the Securities Exchange Commissions of Panama and which is listing in the Stock market of the same country offering cumulative preferred shares and common shares.

We have established representative offices in relevant trade zones of oil and its derivatives, as they are Panama, Guatemala and Colombia, with the purpose to supply the growing energy demand in the markets of South America, Central America, the Caribbean and moves forward confidently in the opening of new markets. In Colombia the trading and sale operations are performed through its subsidiary C.I. Odin Petroleum Colombia S.A.S.
